Downtown Facade Program Spurs Reinvestment

(Boonton, NJ, May 1, 2009) — In downtown Vineland, NJ, improving the appearance of commercial buildings is part of an overall strategy to attract consumers and new businesses as well as to support existing businesses. Operation Facelift is the mission critical sounding name of a facade improvement program that has successfully encouraged these improvements. Since 2006, over 70 commercial property owners have applied, with 12 renovations already finished and another 30 or so under way.
